The Taxback Group supports Team Hope’s Shoebox Appeal!
What better way to get in the Christmas spirit, than getting involved in Team Hope’s Christmas Shoebox Appeal 2016!
Every year, Team Hope launch their Shoebox Appeal, with the aim of gathering gifts and supplies for children and families in some of the world’s most impoverished areas. With many of these families across Eastern Europe and Africa living on less than €1 a day, these gifts go a long way to bringing happiness, warmth, and hope to those who need it most.
Inspired by the work of Team Hope, The Taxback Group staff in our Kilkenny HQ and Dublin office, pulled out all the stops to support this incredible appeal. 6 crates of presents, 5 employees, and 1 packed jeep all traveled to the Team Hope drop-off centres last Friday to pass on our contribution to this appeal.
We were greeted by a small army of volunteers of all ages, who were delighted to be adding another batch of shoeboxes to the thousands that had already been collected. It was truly humbling to be part of such an incredible initiative, fueled by an overwhelming display of Christmas spirit.
We wish the best of luck to Team Hope in their continued efforts, and we are already looking forward to taking part in this appeal in 2017!
