So while, we give special attention to our female colleagues this International Women’s Day, here at The Taxback Group we recognise our amazing female colleagues each and every day.
Across all levels, our female colleagues motivate and inspire all of us on a regular basis. Whether it be through their leadership and guidance, or through their sheer performance or commitment to the local community, The Taxback Group has an abundance of females who we all feel proud to work beside.
Recognition of our leading ladies has been a familiar occurrence in recent times, with a number of award wins and nominations heading their way.
The Taxback Group CFO, and Co-Founder of TransferMate Global Payments, Sinéad Fitzmaurice, is undoubtedly an inspiration to all of us. Her appetite to “do things better” has become a core principle right across our entire group, motivating us toward continued success. Sinead was named in Business & Finance’s CFO 100 this past year, highlighting her terrific leadership.

There was also some terrific recognition for our very own Joanna Murphy at the Stevie Awards for Women in Business, for Margaret Clancy (Head of Global Sales at TransferMate) who was named as the Employee of the year at the Kilkenny Business Awards, and for Cora Phelan (Senior Global Solutions Manager at Taxback International) who was shortlisted in the Best Sales Account Manager category at the ITM Business Travel Awards Ireland.

Outside of day-to-day business, we are also incredibly fortunate to be in the presence of many ladies who are extremely committed to our local communities, and who have organised, coordinated, and taken part in many of our charity initiatives. Whether it be our hugely successful Penalty Shootout event last year created by Edel O’ Gorman, the staggering 4 CSR events organised by Tsveti in our Bulgarian offices over Christmas, or the consistently terrific work by our HR teams both in Ireland and Bulgaria, our community work would simply not be the same if it was not for their commitment and creativity.

To the ladies on our Sports & Social Team, our Great Place To Work committee, on our sales teams, and our shared service teams, along with all the women named above, we are truly proud to work alongside you.
