Innovation in Talent Education Award for our Bulgarian Team
The Bulgarian HR Team of The Taxback Group scooped no less than 2 awards at the b2b Media Employer Branding Awards last weekend!
Now in their second year, the Employer Branding Awards were created to celebrate the achievements of HR and Communications departments of the companies who are focusing on creating a positive brand experience for its employees and who are contributing to talent development and innovation.
The two awards which The Taxback Group has proudly received include:
- Innovation in Talent Education Award, which recognises the work of our HR team who are successfully running a complex career counselling campaign in cooperation with Varna High School of Commerce.
- Employer Branding Event, which is awarded to the company for marking the International Volunteer Day on 5th December last year, and recognizing all the amazing volunteers of the company.
The Employer Branding Awarding ceremony is one of the biggest corporate events held in recent years in Bulgaria. The gala evening, hosted by b2b Media, saw over 200 local businesspeople gathered to celebrate the most innovative HR strategies throughout Bulgaria.
